The request form

The form asks for your name, phone number, address or neighborhood, and a description of the job. Submitting it sends that information to us as an email so we can call you back. It isn’t sold, shared, syndicated, or added to a marketing list — it becomes a callback, a visit, and a quote, and that’s the whole life of it.

Phone calls

Calls to (843) 604-3754 may be recorded and transcribed. The purpose is accuracy on our end — the difference between “the pine by the gate” and “the pine by the garage” matters when the crew shows up. South Carolina law permits recording with one party’s consent; if you’d rather not be recorded, tell us as the call opens and we’ll keep longhand notes instead.

This website

The site is static pages. It sets no advertising trackers of ours, runs no analytics scripts of ours, and asks for nothing unless you fill out the form. Our hosting and telephone providers generate ordinary technical logs (things like IP addresses and call metadata) as part of operating their services, governed by their own policies.
